Staff Council Survey on Mental Health Services at Leipzig University

Mental health encompasses emotional, psychological and social well-being. It plays an essential role in improving our quality of life, boosting our productivity and promoting our inclusion in professional and private settings.

By conducting this anonymous survey, the Staff Council of Leipzig University would like to invite all members of staff interested in the topic to point out aspects where they have identified a need for mental health services and to make suggestions for improvement.

The results of this survey will help the Health and Workplace Management Committee to focus its efforts more precisely on various measures intended to promote well-being at Leipzig University.

We would encourage as many staff members as possible to participate in this voluntary survey.

Please be as detailed as possible when responding to the open-ended questions. Please note that you can leave part of the survey blank if you do not wish to respond to a particular question.
