Exploring Personal and Cultural Values and Conflict Styles – How to Engage into a Dialogue (17.12.2021, 13:00–17:00 CET)
This interactive workshop organised by the University of Graz starts with a short value questionnaire, followed by an exercise about how to negotiate values in difficult interactions. Participants will complete a self-test on intercultural conflict styles and practice how to deal with similar and different conflict styles across cultures to solve conflicts constructively.
